1. Are you searching by series number or part number? The cross reference tool is based upon series numbers and not part numbers. Try using just the series number without the size detail. For example for Parker-Hanifan Tube enter FTX-B instead of 6-6FTX-B.

2. Did you choose the correct supplier in the drop down? If you do multiple searches the supplier drop down resets itself to the first in the list after each search.
